Exams for answer quality

The double feedback loop in action
We map the quality of Gem's answers by applying several criteria and by working on a smart test system that can analyse and grade answers. To do this, the test system uses exams.
Technology changes continuously, municipal information changes, and residents' questions evolve as well. That means we not only keep improving Gem itself, but keep improving the exam questions too. That is why you can see two improvement cycles in the diagram, each reinforcing the other.

Improving in short cycles
Circumstances in the world and in technology change fast. That is why we measure at least once every two weeks, and more often if needed. Between measurements we put improvements into practice. Through this regular cycle we build up more experience step by step, and the quality keeps getting better.
